What is Dinoctor?
Dinoctor is a free plugin for Claude Code that helps people create character animation, even if they have never directed a scene.
Is Dinoctor free?
Yes. The plugin and the build panel are free. The plugin connects to your own Claude Code, so you need your own Claude Code access.
Does Dinoctor work with other AI tools?
No. Dinoctor is made only for Claude Code.
Can I create my own animation styles?
Yes. The plugin has a Claude chat box inside it that you can use to create new styles for your characters.
Do I need animation experience?
No. Dinoctor is made for people who don't know how to direct animation yet. Start with our guide on how to direct animation with Claude Code.
How big is the download?
About 1 GB, so make sure you have enough time and space.
When will the plugin be ready?
It isn't out yet. Join the list and we'll email you when it's ready.
Where does the name come from?
Dino plus director. It was inspired by the little dinosaur from the Chrome browser's offline game.
